DAY 01: ARRIVE Leh 3505 meters / 11567
Leh is a city in Ladakh in the Himalayan region. It is the largest city and the joint capital of Ladakh. DAY 02: Pathar sahib Gurdwara, Magnetic Hills Day Tour
Built in 1517, this famous Gurudwara is dedicated to Guru Nanak Dev Ji and houses a scared boulder which is believed to have imprints of the guru.gurdwara, in Sikhism, a place of worship in India and overseas. The gurdwara contains—on a cot under a canopy—a copy of the Adi Granth (“First Volume”), the sacred scripture of Sikhism. It also serves as a meeting place for conducting business of the congregation and wedding and initiation ceremonies.
DAY 03: NUBRA VALLEY TOUR via Khardungla Pass 18380
Nubra Valley is the northernmost part of Jammu and Kashmir. Situated about 150 km from Leh, Nubra Valley is known as the Orchard of Ladakh and was originally called Ldumra which meant the valley of flowers.The Ladakh range, on which one drives to reach the Nubra Valley, is a segment of the Karakoram mountain ranges in Nubra Valley that extends to the southeast for 370 km from the mouth of the Shyok River in the Ladakh region to the Tibetan border.
Khardungla Pass, perched at an impressive altitude of 5,359 metres above sea level, is often celebrated as the 'highest motorable pass in the world'. Nestled in the rugged terrains of the Ladakhregion in Jammuand Kashmir, this pass is a gateway to the Shyok and Nubra valleys.
DAY 04: Nubra – Turtuk - nubra
Known for its orchards, scenic vistas, Bactrian camels and monasteries; Nubra Valley is the northernmost part of Jammu and Kashmir. Situated about 150 km from Leh, Nubra Valley is known as the Orchard of Ladakh and was originally called Ldumra which meant the valley of flowers.
These villages form the only region in India populated by Balti people. Turtuk is known for its fruit, especially apricots. Turtuk was administered by Pakistan & was under Pakistani control until the war of 1971, when the Indian Army regained control again. It is also one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier.
DAY 05: Tour of Pangong Lake- It is the highest land locked LAKE
Pangong Lake, situated at a height of almost 4,350m, is the world's highest saltwater lake. Its water, which seems to be dyed in blue, stand in stark contrast to the arid mountains surrounding it. Extending to almost 160km, one-third of the Pangong Lake lies in India and the other two-thirds in China.
The biggest lake in the world is the Caspian Sea at 149,200 square miles. Straddling Europe and Asia, this inland salt lake borders Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran. Its basin is 750 miles long and up to 200 miles wide, according to Britannica.
DAY 06: PANGONG To Leh

There are different interpretations of the meanings of both Pangong Tso and Tsomo Nganglha Ringpo.
