Travellers found violating this rule may be removed from the trip without refund, and local authorities may be informed. 4. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries, accommodation, transport, or planned activities due to weather, natural calamities, strikes, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will aim to offer reasonable alternatives, but cannot guarantee compensation for any additional costs or inconvenience caused.

5. Safety & Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your personal safety and conduct during the trip, particularly outside designated accommodations or tour areas. We shall not be liable for injury, illness, theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings caused by negligence, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control. Travellers are advised to carry a valid government-issued ID at all times.

6. Eviction & Misconduct

We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a trip, without refund, for unacceptable behaviour including but not limited to: use of banned substances, aggressive conduct, harassment of staff or other travellers, or bringing unauthorized guests to trip locations.

Many services such as transportation, accommodation, and certain activities are provided by third-party partners. While we coordinate these services for you, we do not directly control them and are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by these third parties.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorableyourtrip.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in trips, use of our services, or reliance on website content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking related to the claim.
