Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transparent cancellation terms designed to keep our travel plans fair for customers and operationally manageable for the company.

Welcome to Memorable Your Trip. We understand that travel plans may change due to unavoidable circumstances. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and non-refundable services are handled.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the advance or payment amount. Customers will receive confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation by Customer

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via Email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

3. Flight & Train Ticket Refund Policy

Flight and train ticket cancellations will be processed strictly according to the respective airline and railway cancellation policies. Refund amounts, if any, depend on the rules, timing, and deductions applied by the airline or railway authority.

Convenience fees, booking charges, payment gateway charges, and service fees are non-refundable. Promotional, discounted, or special fare tickets may be completely non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are completely non-refundable once booked:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Permit charges
  • Peak season or event bookings

5. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.

6. Cancellation by Company

In rare situations where Memorable Your Trip cancels the trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, or operational issues, customers will be offered either alternative travel dates or a package refund after deducting non-recoverable booking expenses.

7. Important Notes

  • Refund amounts depend on hotel, transport, airline, railway, and vendor cancellation policies.
  • Any unused services during the trip are non-refundable.
  • During peak season, long weekends, festive dates, and special events, separate cancellation policies may apply.
