Refund Policy
At Memorableyourtrip.com, we strive to offer fair and transparent refund terms for all our travellers. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for cancelled bookings.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds depend on when we receive your cancellation request before the scheduled trip departure:
- More than 30 days prior: 80% refund of the total trip cost
- 15–30 days prior: 50% refund
- 7–14 days prior: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days prior: No refund
Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting any non-refundable components (such as special permits, certain hotel or airline bookings, and processing fees).
Non-Refundable Bookings & Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- “No-show” (if you fail to join the trip as scheduled)
- If you leave the trip voluntarily after it begins
- If you are removed from the trip due to misconduct or violating our Terms & Conditions (such as use of banned substances)
- Bookings marked as nonrefundable at the time of purchase (e.g., special deals, certain flight tickets, or last-minute hotel reservations)
Refund Process & Timelines
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within approximately 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Transaction or processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways are nonrefundable.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient bookings, political unrest, natural disasters), we will offer:
- An alternative date for the same trip, or
- A credit note to use for future travel, or
- A full or partial refund, based on recoverable costs
Flight Cancellation Policy
Refunds for flight tickets (if booked through us) are strictly subject to the respective airline’s cancellation and refund policies. Separate airline charges may apply, and some fares may be fully nonrefundable.
